CyberFleet’s leadership is built on more than business alignment. Curtis Ingram and Solomon White were recruited to college out of Philadelphia, became friends immediately, and later joined the U.S. Army together on the buddy system. Both are veterans, and their friendship has lasted more than 40 years.. Today, that shared history brings trust, discipline, accountability, and long-term alignment to CyberFleet’s leadership.

Major decisions are shaped through decades of trust, direct communication, and a shared commitment to disciplined growth.
The founders are building CyberFleet for durable value, not short-term momentum.
Different strengths. Shared accountability. One direction.
CyberFleet’s leadership approach is built around disciplined decision-making, clear accountability, factual information, and responsible execution. As the Tesla commercial framework develops, leadership decisions will be based on what is confirmed, what can be measured, and what the business can execute professionally.
Move deliberately, control risk, and avoid committing capital or resources before the facts support execution.
Maintain clear responsibility for decisions, performance, investor communication, and company execution.
Communicate what is known, what remains uncertain, and what has changed without overstating the opportunity.
Adjust strategy quickly as Tesla, regulation, market conditions, and operating requirements evolve.
Strong leadership is not about predicting everything correctly. It is about making better decisions as the facts become clear.
CyberFleet’s leadership is already focused on the work that can be done before commercial Cybercab fleet access opens: building the company, developing the investor network, preparing Fleet One, monitoring Tesla’s commercial framework, establishing operating standards, and creating the systems required for disciplined deployment.
The objective is not to wait for certainty. It is to be prepared when certainty arrives.
